These emerge in each and every line of his writing. He first joined as a contractual lecturer in Sarenga Govt. Spon. PTTI, Sarenga. With huge work experience, he then joined the SIDDHIVINAYAK B. ED. COLLEGE as an Asst. Professor. As a consequence of his intense dedication as a faculty member, later he was promoted to Principal at RAMKRISHNA MANDAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION. Currently, he is nourishing Swami Vivekananda College of Education, Salboni, Jharkhand as a principal with his experiences. Last, but not least, he is actively engaged in all the activities for the prolongation of education all over India.
